a quick share
Hello dear friend,
Although it’s a travel weekend, when I don’t usually write, my connecting flight was cancelled. While I am in Amsterdam overnight, I thought I’d take the opportunity to send a little info on a couple of events that are happening in Toronto this coming week. It turns out that five wonderful monastics from Plum Village will be also in Toronto at this time for a mindfulness symposium and a day of music and stories as well as a Mindfulness Day at the Tào Khê Mindfulness Centre in the town of Tiny. Below are the details from our local Sangha. If you are around Toronto, I hope you’ll come for whatever draws you.
We are excited to share that a delegation of monastics will be visiting Toronto from Plum Village France this week! They will be offering a series of events. Please find details below, and help us spread the word to our Plum Village communities and beyond!
All of the events below are open to the general public. We recommend reading the event descriptions to see if the vibe of the event is right for you!
Capacity is limited for each of these events, so we warmly encourage you to register as early as possible to secure a spot.

This special session will include moments of quiet contemplation, guiding participants on an inner journey, as well as joyful sing-alongs that invite a shared experience of peace, joy, and mindfulness in the spirit of collective awakening.

If you are elsewhere or unable to join us for any of it, I hope your week treats you with a gentle kindness, long breaths and ample conditions for joy.
From an airport hotel in Amsterdam, that could be anywhere in the world, I send love, a bow, and a smile

Thank you Gisele for the share:) Can’t be easy to feel “ inspired to share” from an anonymous airport hotel. So double thank you ❤️
